As a professional, I am a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Expert, and a Career Development Coach with over 25 years of experience. I have helped Employers fill over 10,000 vacancies and assisted far more Candidates in their career progression in the North American Construction Industry. My expertise in Construction Recruitment spans all levels of roles including Executive Search, Management, Estimating, Site Superintendent, and Project Management career streams.

I lead and support LCR’s Steering committee and our overall business strategy, while providing the highest echelon of experience to our Employers and Candidates alike, designed to meet their goals while offering genuine advice for the betterment of all.
